Our Story
My love for bikes started 30 years ago with a simple challenge: fix a broken KX80 if I wanted to ride it.
That ignited a passion that led me to become a time-served apprentice and workshop technician at multi-franchise motorcycle dealerships, giving me a solid foundation in manufacturer standards and procedures.
While the career path wasn't sustainable at the time, I never stopped working with my hands. For the last 20 years, I've honed my skills as a mobile mechanic in the challenging world of plant machinery, all while continuously maintaining and modifying bikes in my spare time.
Now, I'm combining my dealership-level training, two decades of mobile expertise, and lifelong passion to offer professional motorcycle services directly at your doorstep. Based in Norwich, I cover Norfolk and surrounding areas. I'll come to you to get your bike running its best. I look forward to meeting you and your ride!

Scope of Work:
I, the undersigned customer, authorize PR Maintenance to perform the following services and/or repairs on my motorcycle:
Terms and Conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that motorcycle repair and maintenance, including diagnostic work, can expose inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services being performed on my motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of damage to the motorcycle, loss of parts, or mechanical failure after the repair is completed.
2. No Warranty on Pre-existing Conditions: I acknowledge that PR Maintenance is not responsible for any pre-existing issues, damages, or mechanical failures that were not disclosed or apparent before the commencement of the authorized work. Any work performed to address a pre-existing condition is done at my own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability: I agree that PR Maintenance, its employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the repair or service of my motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property. My sole and exclusive remedy for any alleged negligence or breach of contract is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
4. Parts and Labor: I understand that I will be charged for all parts and labor at the agreed-upon rate. All parts removed from the motorcycle will be disposed of unless I specifically request their return in writing at the time of dropping off the motorcycle.
5. Abandoned Property: I understand that if I do not collect my motorcycle within 30 days after being notified that the work is complete, it will be considered abandoned property. PR Maintenance reserves the right to charge storage fees and/or sell the motorcycle to recover the costs of repairs and storage.
6. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless PR Maintenance, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, arising from the services performed on my motorcycle.
7. Test Rides: I authorize PR Maintenance to perform test rides of my motorcycle as deemed necessary to diagnose issues or ensure the quality and safety of the repairs. I acknowledge that the mechanic will operate the motorcycle in a safe and responsible manner.
